Photoshop Tutorial: How To Create Multi-Colored Glowing Lines

A lot of people out there have similar tutorials to this one however, lets say you don’t want just the average boring color scheme. In this tutorial I show you how to create the glowing lines effect but also show you how to variate the colors at the same time. Please remember to rate!

i’m trying to use your tutorial for photoshop on how to make glowing lines but when i right click for my brush, i get a different screen than you do.
it doesn’t show the sizes of the brushes. it shows like, other different kinds of brushes i can use..
